Appearing with the applicant: Atty. David Zimer stated the complaint be denied because the complainant did not appear. Ald. Bauman moved for a 10 day suspension based on the testimony of the applicant. (Failed 1-3, Ald. Bohl, Donovan, and Borkowski voting no) Ald. (Expired 10/31/2016) The applicant stated they have a zero-tolerance policy of poor behavior and the driver listed in the complaint has been terminated. He added the OWI was 10 years ago and he regrets the choice he made. Ald. Bohl moved approval. (Prevailed 4-0) A motion was made by ALD. BOHL that this Motion be AMENDED. He stated the previous agent told him that he forgot his phone as described in the complaint and the complainants refused to pay him at all. Ald.
