(Expired 10/31/2016) The applicant stated he was test driving a car when he was pulled over and received a ticket for a defective speedometer. He added that none of the violations were in his cab. He stated that he is working in medical transport, but he is not allowed to drive for them until he cleans up his driving record. Ald. Bohl moved approval with a warning letter based on the police report. (Prevailed 4-0) A motion was made by ALD. BOHL that this Motion be AMENDED.
