street closures.

Lora Krestzna - Harbor Front Association stated that the blocking of Erie St caused

issues with traveling and parking.
Joe Zimmerman - ROC Productions stated that an alternate route is being considered
for next year and stated that approximately twenty cones were the cause of the offset.
He stated that the event started out as a non-profit under the old ownership and last
year changed to for-profit under their ownership.
Scot Johnson - ROC Productions stated that the alternate route will include Broadway
instead of Erie St.
Ald. Kovac asked for clarification of the solution and asked if one cone caused the
offset. He asked about the history of the race changing from non-profit to for-profit.
