Lincoln Ave. (ST211150124) Concrete pavement reconstruction, replace all curb and gutter, replace sidewalk and driveway approaches where necessary, sodding (4’ width of tree border area), and grading. Tammy Lawrence 2443 S 11th St stated her neighbors don’t speak English and her street needs to be repaired but everyone should be paying the same amount of money. Arthur Reyes 2544 S 11th St stated he doesn’t think the sidewalks need replacing, but the streets get flooded when it rains a lot. Paola Campos 2519 S 11th St stated her sidewalk doesn’t need replacing, and her assessment is too high. Ald. Kovac moved approval. (Prevailed 5-0) 15th Aldermanic District N. 41st St. - W.
