1. 190516 Substitute resolution approving levying of assessments and construction
of assessable public improvement projects at various locations and
appropriating funds for these purposes with the City cost of these
projects approved by this resolution is estimated to be $41,600 for a total
estimated cost of $41,600.

Jonathan Ray 3061 N Gordon Cr stated he initiated the project and there are no
sidewalks so you have to walk in the street.
Robin Squire 3060 N Gordon Cr stated she has worked with Gaenslen School to try
and resolve the issues with traffic.
Lynn Sponick 3066 N Gordon Cr stated she loves living on her street and a speed
hump changes the quality of the neighborhood. She added that a sign that says slow
or caution would be better.
Don Rabell 3074 N Gordon Cr stated traffic has been a problem since the school open
and they use the cul-de-sac for the turnaround. He stated that the speed hump wouldn’t
solve the problem.
Lynn Mutchler 3065 N Gordon Cr stated that everyone has the right to drive down this
circle and it’s not a private lane.
Nancy Willert 3051N Gordon Cr stated she has the bird’s eye view and the problem is
with the school. She added that she doesn’t think it’ll work. She stated they should put
up signs to slow down and the posted speed limit.

whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority.
