of assessable public improvement projects at various locations and
appropriating funds for these purposes with the City cost of these
projects approved by this resolution is estimated to be $2,593,271.18 for
a total estimated cost of $6,021,255.18.

The applicant stated he is in school and also working for American United. He stated
the incident ocurred two years ago while he was driving a cab, but not on duty. He
added that he just wanted to get the trial over with because he doesn't believe the
district attorney has the evidence to convict him. He stated that he believes that his
accuser was forced to pursue legal action against him.
