Concrete pavement reconstruction, replace all curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches, sodding (no tree border), and grading. Ald. Coggs stated there are issues with businesses being contacted about construction. Richard Stegeman 3718 N Teutonia Ave stated they have semitrucks coming in and out of the property daily. (Expires 10/31/2019) The applicant stated he is in school and also working for American United. He stated the incident ocurred two years ago while he was driving a cab, but not on duty. He added that he just wanted to get the trial over with because he doesn't believe the district attorney has the evidence to convict him. He stated that he believes that his accuser was forced to pursue legal action against him. Ald. Bauman moved to denial based on the allegations in the police report.
