The applicant stated the incidents in the police report are the same incidents and he
has paid all his tickets. He added that he works in Sheboygan and got pulled over late
night and admits to smoking weed. He added that he doesn't have insurance.

The applicant apologized for speeding. He added that it was not in his character or his
intention to speed. He stated that he wasn't fully focused and it was a late night shift.
He added that was just trying to get his complaining passenger home because she had
been waiting for over 2 hours for a ride. He stated that he left his wallet at home and he
is a good driver and doesn't speed.
Ald. Kovac stated he was concerned about 52 mph on Atkinson Ave, as opposed to
20 miles over on the freeway in Sheboygan.
Ald. Kovac moved approval with a 10 day suspension based on the police report.

Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code are required to
register with the City Clerk's License Division. Lobbyists appearing before a Common Council
