Sponsors: THE CHAIR FRANKLIN, Sade S, Driver's License, Public Passenger Vehicle Application. The applicant stated she had just lost her mother and went out with some friends and went thr wrong way. She added that she got off of probation 9 months early and her license is good. Ald. Borkowski moved approval. (Prevailed 5-0) A motion was made by ALD. BORKOWSKI that this Motion be AMENDED. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 5- Bauman, Borkowski, Zamarripa, Perez and Stamper No 0 12 COLLINS, Derek D, Agent for "Milwaukee Pedal Tavern, LLC", Pedicab Owner's Permit Renewal Applications (8 Vehicles) for "Milwaukee Pedal Tavern" at 412 S WATER St. (Expires 4/30/2021) The applicant stated they took 4 pedal taverns off of the streets. He added that they reduced capacity from 16 to 8 people. Individual also present: Carly Hegarty - Health Dept Ald. Borkowski moved to renew holding open the Health Deptment citations.
