Professional Services Agreement between the City of Milwaukee and
Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. to undertake surface distress survey
and roughness testing of pavements and to update to the existing
Pavement Management Administration System in 2022.

estimated cost increase for the project of $75,000, with one hundred
percent of the increase being grantor funded.

Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of Kilbourn Avenue and Water Street. Parking tickets
must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall.
