1. 231825 Resolution relating to approving the levying of assessments and
construction of assessable public improvement projects at various
locations and appropriating funds for these purposes.

improvements at various locations and appropriating funds for these
purposes with the City engineering cost estimated to be $4,015 for a total

project agreement titled “Cost Sharing Memo of Understanding Between
the City of Milwaukee and the City of Greenfield” for the cost sharing of
construction for the asphalt overlay on W. Howard Ave. with portions in the
City of Greenfield.

project agreement titled “Cost Sharing Memo of Understanding Between
the City of Milwaukee and the Village of Whitefish Bay” for the cost sharing

Aldermanic District with a City share of $25,000.

Works to execute a document titled “2nd Revision State/Municipal
Agreement for a State-Let STP-U Project” with the Wisconsin Department
of Transportation for the railroad crossing work related to West Hampton
Avenue from North 60th Street to North Teutonia Avenue, with total
estimated cost increase for the projects of $4,400,134, with an estimated
Grantor share of $395,920, and an estimated City share of $4,004,214.

10. 231838 Substitute resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to
execute a document titled “Grant Agreement Under the Fiscal Year 2022
Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant Program” and associated documents
required for the agreement with the United States Department of
Transportation Federal Highway Administration for the programming,
design and construction of Pedestrian Accessibility and Safety
Improvements at up to 26 intersections City Wide on West Capitol Drive,
West Atkinson Avenue, South Cesar Chavez Drive, West Greenfield
Avenue and West Forest Home Avenue and to setup funds for design,
environmental review, and data collection and analysis at an estimated
total cost of $675,000 with an estimated City share of $135,000 and a
grantor share of $540,000.

11. 231814 Resolution relating to application, acceptance, and funding of a Green
Solutions grant from the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District for the
installation of four green alleys to be constructed as part of the City’s 2024
alley reconstruction program in the 8th, 11th, 13th and 14th Aldermanic
Districts.

of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel,
Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods
& Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends
on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the
Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee,
whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority.

Bike racks are available on Water Street, Market Street, and Broadway, and a Bublr Bike Share
station is located on the northeast corner of Kilbourn Avenue and Water Street.
Limited parking for persons attending meetings during normal business hours is available at reduced
rates (5 hour limit) at the Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of Kilbourn Avenue and Water
Street. You must present a copy of the meeting notice to the parking cashier.
Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code are required to
register with the City Clerk's License Division. Lobbyists appearing before a Common Council
