Sponsors: THE CHAIR Ms. Dawn Schmidt said this skywalk will replace a skywalk that was removed that connected the Hyatt Motel to the Wisconsin Center District convention center. The convention center is being expanded, hence the need for a new skywalk. Mike Abrams - CAI Team - there is a slope from right to left and it is coordinated with future street car heights. There is an increased percentage of glass compared to the original design - 37% versus the current 54% glass. It goes directly to the second level of the new convention center. The skywalk was designed to meet all of the ADA requirements. There is no plan to have a skywalk across Kilbourn. Sam Leichtling moved for approval. There were no objections.
