1. 160017 Substitute motion authorizing the Next Door Foundation to operate a
Milwaukee Common Council charter school for a 5-year term.

The MPS financial analysis report was actually done by Dr. Flanders of the
Wisconsin Institute of Law and Liberty.
Ald. Zielinski moves that the LRB study the fiscal impact statement and report back to
the committee before the committee acts on it.
