T_3 Resolution approving an award of contract to Armstrong General Contracting dba Alianza Fire Protection (Menomonee Falls, WI) for the sprinkler system at the Victory Manor mid-rise apartment building in the amount of $249,939.00. Warren Jones from Travaux explained that the estimation process for bids like these was a relatively new process and adjustments were still being made in the process. It was also noted that some bids were lower than estimates, resulting in a balance overall. A motion was made by M. Joseph Donald, seconded by James N. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 4- Witkowiak, McCarthy, Wagner, and Donald No: 0 Excused: 1- Diaz Adjournment There being no further business, Director Donald made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:02 p.m. Director McCarthy seconded the motion.
