Review and approval of previous meeting minutes. Mr. Phillips, moved approval, seconded by Mr. Bailey. There were no objections. 4. Review and approval of the 2021 nominations. This award will be presented at the Girls Day@City Hall on March 25th, 2021. 5. Announcements or public comments. Members suggested to have a meeting prior to next year's meeting to discuss changes to the process of obtaining nominees. maybe interviewing nominees to have a personal and more in depth knowledge of their nomination. Members also suggested to ask nominators to submit any new information that prior nominees have accomplished, if being considered moving forward. Members discussed the possibility to raise funds for a monetary gift being part of this award. 6. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting.
