Call to order at 5:03P.M. 2. Roll Call. Present 11 - May, Richmond, Ellzey, Gonzalez, Estremera-Maldonado, Tietyn-Mlengana, Haywood II, Hines, Wade, Parker and Ali Excused 6 - VACANT, VACANT, VACANT, VACANT, Yang and Barrett 3. Election of Officers. Member Abena May was elected MYC President Member Sidney Parker was elected MYC Vice president 4. 2015 Forum Update. Mr. City Clerk confirmed that February 18, 2015 will be MYC forum at Rufus King High School. More details to come in future meeting. 5. Youth Court Update. Andrew VanNatta - Legislative Fiscal Analyst - Lead Sent members via emial a memo regarding Youth Court Structure, Development among other pertinent attachments. 6. Annoucements. 7. Members of the Common Council and its standing committees who are not members of this committee may attend this meeting to participate or to gather information. Notice is given that this meeting may constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of its standing committees, although they will not take any formal action at this meeting. Limited parking for persons attending meetings in City Hall is available at reduced rates (5 hour limit) at the Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of East Kilbourn and North Water Street. Parking tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
