YOUTH COUNCIL
Wednesday, January 14, 2015 4:30 PM Common Council Chambers, 3rd Fl., City Hall
1. Call to order at 5:03P.M.
2. Roll Call.
Present 11 - May, Richmond, Ellzey, Gonzalez, Estremera-Maldonado,
Tietyn-Mlengana, Haywood II, Hines, Wade, Parker and Ali
Excused 6 - VACANT, VACANT, VACANT, VACANT, Yang and Barrett
3. Election of Officers.
Member Abena May was elected MYC President
Member Sidney Parker was elected MYC Vice president
4. 2015 Forum Update.
Mr. City Clerk confirmed that February 18, 2015 will be MYC forum at Rufus King
High School. More details to come in future meeting.
5. Youth Court Update.
Andrew VanNatta - Legislative Fiscal Analyst - Lead
Sent members via emial a memo regarding Youth Court Structure, Development
among other pertinent attachments.

Limited parking for persons attending meetings in City Hall is available at reduced rates (5
hour limit) at the Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of East Kilbourn and North Water
Street. Parking tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall.
Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances
are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division. Registered lobbyists
appearing before a Common Council committee are required to identify themselves as such.
