1. Call to Order 5:13 P.M.
2. Roll call
Present 10 - May, Ellzey, Estremera-Maldonado, Barrett, Tietyn-Mlengana, Haywood II,
Hines, Jaeckels, Parker and Ali
Absent 3 - Richmond, Yang and Gonzalez

At 6:17 p.m. member Tietyen- Mlengana, seconded by member Barrett, moved the
Council take a five minute recess. There were no objections.
At 6:27 p.m. Council convened back into session.
5. 1501 Resolution relating to the recommendations of the Milwaukee Youth
Council for Community Development Block Grant reprogramming in
the area of youth services.
Member Barrett moved to propose the following allocations:
Boys and girls club $11,000
COA Youth & Family Centers $10,450
Nu Life $20,000
SDC $14,000
Center for Self Sufficiency $18,510
No vote was taken on this motion
Member Barrett moved to amend initial proposal to the following allocation:
Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee $11,000
COA Youth & Family Centers $10,450
Nu Life Community Development $20,000
Social Development Commission (SDC) $10,000
Center for Self Sufficiency $22,510
GRAND TOTAL $ 73,960

tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall.
