Meeting convened at 4:46 PM 2. Roll Call. District 13 representative member Gonzales Present 3 - Estremera-Maldonado, Haywood II and Hoeschen Absent 3 - Zollicoffer, Hines and Lofton Excused 1 - McDade 3. Update on MYC Participation in City of Milwaukee Combined Giving Campaign. Youth Council will contribute to the Combined Giving the amount of $75.00 dollars. 4. Discussion relating to recent incidents in the community and ways the Youth Council can work with other stakeholders to improve conditions for young people. President Haywood, II is in communication with MPS Administration to coordinate collaboration between Milwaukee Youth Council and Milwaukee Public Schools to promote youth presence in the Milwaukee community and show support to the challenging times Milwaukee Youth is facing. 5. Recruitment update. Currently there are vacancies for districts 4, 7 and 11. Youth was urged to reach out to their peers to apply to the Youth Council for membership. 6. New Business. 7. Adjournment. Limited parking for persons attending meetings in City Hall is available at reduced rates (5 hour limit) at the Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of East Kilbourn and North Water Street. Parking tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
