Murphy moved to amend Proposed Substitute B by changing the language to reflect that the program is a compliance loan pilot program subject to review by the Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee after 6 months regarding the program's progress. (Prevailed 5-0) A motion was made by ALD. MURPHY that this Resolution be AMENDED.
