This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 3- Bohl, Murphy and Bauman No 0 Excused 2- Wade and Witkowski 2. 131251 A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Local Business to Two-Family Residential, for land consolidation, on land located at 210 West Keefe Avenue, on the north side of West Keefe Avenue, west of North 2nd Street, in the 6th Aldermanic District. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 4- Bohl, Murphy, Bauman and Witkowski No 0 Excused 1- Wade 4. 130940 A substitute resolution creating a Compliance Loan Program to be administered by the Department of Neighborhood Services. Sponsors: Ald. Bauman and Ald. Davis Individuals appearing: Aaron Szopinski, Mayor's Office - Housing Policy Director Art Dahlberg, Department of Neighborhood Services Commissioner Tom Mishefske, Department of Neighborhood Services Ald. Wade joined the committee at 9:20 a.m. Ald. Murphy moved substitution of the file with Proposed Substitute B. (Prevailed 5-0) A motion was made by ALD. MURPHY that this Resolution be SUBSTITUTED. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 5- Bohl, Wade, Murphy, Bauman and Witkowski No 0 130940 Substitute resolution creating a pilot Compliance Loan Program to be administered by the Department of Neighborhood Services. Sponsors: Ald. Murphy Ald. Murphy moved to amend Proposed Substitute B by changing the language to reflect that the program is a compliance loan pilot program subject to review by the Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee after 6 months regarding the program's progress. (Prevailed 5-0) A motion was made by ALD. MURPHY that this Resolution be AMENDED. Bauman moved to further amend Proposed Substitute B by deleting the third criteria listed under the fourth "Further Resolved" clause. Motion was withdraw by Ald. Bauman. Ald. Bauman moved to hold the file to the call of the chair. Motion withdrawn by Ald. Bauman. A motion was made by ALD. MURPHY that this Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR ADOPTION. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 5- Bohl, Wade, Murphy, Bauman and Witkowski No 0 5. 131433 Communication from the office of the Mayor and the Department of City Development relating to overtures from outside entities seeking to acquire abandoned and foreclosed homes.
