Ald. Murphy moved to amend Proposed Substitute B by changing the language to
reflect that the program is a compliance loan pilot program subject to review by the
Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee after 6 months regarding the
program's progress. (Prevailed 5-0)

criteria listed under the fourth "Further Resolved" clause. Motion was withdraw by
Ald. Bauman.
