Individuals appearing: Carlen Hatala, Historic Preservation Commission Margaret McCracken Ald. Wade joined the committee at 9:09 a.m. Ald. Kovac joined the committee at 9:11 a.m. Ald. Bauman moved denial of the appeal. (Prevailed 5-0) A motion was made by ALD. BAUMAN that this Resolution be SUBSTITUTED.
