Sponsors: Ald. Borkowski Individuals appearing: Vanessa Koster, Dept. of City Development Ald. Mark Borkowski, 11th Ald. Dist. Sponsors: Ald. Perez A motion was made by ALD. PEREZ that this Ordinance be HELD TO CALL OF THE CHAIR. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 5- Rainey, Perez, Coggs, Stamper and Bauman No 0 5. 180497 Substitute resolution approving revised terms for the Good Hope Library development project, in the 9th Aldermanic District. Sponsors: Ald. Lewis Individuals appearing: Sam McGovern-Rowen, Milwaukee Public Library Mary Schanning, Deputy City Attorney Terrell Walter, Royal Capital Group, LLC Melissa Goins, Maures Development Group, LLC Ald. Coggs moved to amend the file to accept Exhibit B. (Prevailed 5-0) A motion was made by ALD. COGGS that this Resolution be AMENDED.
