Appearing: Matt Haessly - DCD Ms. Charlotte Randall A motion was made by ALD. HAMILTON that this Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR ADOPTION. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 5- Perez, Coggs, Bauman, Hamilton and Dimitrijevic No 0 2. 201282 Resolution approving a Project Plan and a Development Agreement, authorizing expenditures and creating Tax Incremental District No. 107 (Chapel Gardens), in the 8th Aldermanic District. A motion was made by ALD. DIMITRIJEVIC that this Resolution be HELD TO CALL OF THE CHAIR. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 5- Perez, Coggs, Bauman, Hamilton and Dimitrijevic No 0 4. 201127 An ordinance relating to property deconstruction. Appearing: Ald. Bauman - sponsor Erica Roberts - DNS Tom Misefske - DNS Chris Kraco - DNS Ald. Coggs, Perez and Stamper asked to be added as co sponsors, There were no objections. A motion was made by ALD. BAUMAN that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE. BAUMAN that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 4- Perez, Bauman, Hamilton and Dimitrijevic No 1- Coggs 7. 201288 Resolution directing the Department of City Development to develop a Bay View Neighborhood Plan that will amend the Southeast Side Area Comprehensive Plan, part of the City of Milwaukee’s Overall Comprehensive Plan, and authorizing a transfer of funds from the Capital Improvements Advance Planning Fund to a subaccount for the Bay View Neighborhood Plan. Appearing: Ald. Dimitrijevic - sponsor Sam Leichtling - DCD NIDC A motion was made by ALD. DIMITRIJEVIC that this Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR ADOPTION. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting. Times for specific agenda items are estimations. If items cannot be heard at their specified times, they will be heard as soon as practicable thereafter.
