Ald. Bauman moved to grant the appeal for the patio and cook station in the back and deny the appeal for all front yard elements including the retaining wall and stone material. It was discussed that the item should be held to confirm if a building permit was issued by the City. Ald. Perez moved to hold the file to the call of the chair. (Prevailed 5-0) The motion to hold took precedence. A motion was made by ALD. PEREZ that this Resolution be HELD TO CALL OF THE CHAIR.
