City Council Tours of Pound Services Meeting Monday, July 13, 2026, at 8:00 AM Minot Police Department (515 2nd Ave SW) Any person needing special accommodation for the meeting is requested to notify the City Clerk’s office at 857-4752. 1. GROUP MEETING AT MINOT POLICE DEPARTMENT (515 2ND AVE SW) City Council members have been directed to meet at the Minot Police Department at 8:00am. The group will move to the tour portion around 8:15am. 2. CITY OWNED BUILGING TOUR (420 15TH ST SE) The group will be touring 2 city-owned buildings that have been purchased via flood control and could potentially relocate these buildings to the Public Works site for possible future pound services. 3. TRINITY PROPERTY TO BE LEASED (3100 4TH AVE SE) The group will tour the facilities Trinity will be leasing to the City of Minot in the near future for pound services.
