AGENDA Community Development Advisory Committee 5:00 PM Thursday, July 16, 2026 Planning Conference Room, Development Services 1522 Texas Parkway, Missouri City, 77489 Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Missouri City Community Development Advisory Committee to be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM at: Planning Conference Room, Development Services, 1522 Texas Parkway, Missouri City, TX 77489, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The Committee reserves the right to meet in a closed session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (a) Consideration and Possible Action - Approve the minutes of the June 23, 2026, Community Development Advisory Committee meeting. 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS Pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.007, citizens are permitted to address the Community Development Advisory Committee in person with regard to matters posted for consideration on the agenda. Each speaker must complete a "Request to Speak" form and give it to the city designee, prior to the scheduled start of the meeting. 5. MATTERS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE COMMITTEE (a) Public Hearing - Receive comments for or against the funding recommendations for the 2026 Annual Action Plan (b) Consideration and Possible Action - Consider the reallocation of prior Program Years funding 6.
