No action shall be taken by the Committee on any item not appearing on the agenda unless the matter is too late for the agenda as set forth in Government Code Section 54954.2. Otherwise, members of the Committee may only: i. Briefly respond to statements made or questions raised. ii. Ask questions for clarification. iii. Provide a reference to staff or other resources for factual information. iv. Request staff to report back to the Committee at a subsequent meeting. v.
