The 1135 Technical Advisory Committee (1135 TAC) provides technical guidance and
recommendations to the Monroe City Council regarding the planning, design, coordination, and
implementation of the Section 1135 Project and its related infrastructure improvements.
Meetings are held primarily in a virtual format via Microsoft Teams, with occasional in-person
