Present in person were Heidi Treuthardt, Dylan McGuire, Richard Thoman, and Matt Sheaffer. B. CORRECTION OF MINUTES - MARCH 23, 2026 The minutes from March 23, 2026, were accepted as presented. C. BUSINESS: OPEN 1. Approval of Resolution Authorizing Accounts Receivable Write-offs and Accounting Adjustments Administrator Rindy reviewed the accounts receivable write-off policy and presented a resolution for approval of write-offs totaling $2,303.00. A motion was made by Thoman, seconded by Sheaffer, to approve the resolution for the AR write offs totaling $2,303.00. The motion passed 4-0, by the following vote: AYES:Heidi Treuthardt, Richard Thoman, Matt Sheaffer, Dylan McGuire NOES:None ABSENT:None ABSTAINED: None D. BUSINESS: CLOSED 1. BUSINESS CLOSED: 19.85(E) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public  properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: CONSIDERATION OF TWO LETTER OF INTENTS TO PURCHASE CITY PROPERTY IN THE NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK 2. BUSINESS CLOSED: 19.85(E) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: CONSIDERATION OF LETTER OF INTEREST TO PURCHASE CITY PROPERTY - 5-ACRE PARCEL IN THE NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK A motion was made by Sheaffer, seconded by McGuire, to entered closed session at 5:35 PM. Approval and Recommendation Regarding Letter of Interest to Purchase City of Property 5-Acre Parcel in the North Industrial Park A motion was made by Thoman, seconded by Sheaffer, to approve and recommend to Common Council the offer to purchase from closed session.
