The motion passed 4-0, by the following vote: AYES:Heidi Treuthardt, Richard Thoman, Matt Sheaffer, Dylan McGuire NOES:None ABSENT:None ABSTAINED: None A motion was made by Thoman, seconded by Sheaffer, to return from closed session at 7:26 PM. The motion passed 4-0, by the following vote: AYES: Heidi Treuthardt, Richard Thoman, Matt Sheaffer, Dylan McGuire NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAINED: None D. BUSINESS: OPEN 1. Possible Action from Closed Session Regarding Consideration of an Updated Contract to Purchase Property on 21st Street No action taken. 2. Possible Action from Closed Session Regarding Consideration of Purchasing Land of Right of Way of 13th Street and 31st Avenue A motion was made by McGuire, seconded by Thoman, to approve and recommend to Common Council.
