CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The Salary & Personnel Committee meeting was called to order on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 5:27 PM. Present in person were Heidi Treuthardt, Corrine Wartenweiler, Christopher Vestin, and Craig Franke. B. CORRECTION OF MINUTES - MARCH 23, 2026 The minutes from March 23, 2026, were accepted as presented. C. BUISNESS: OPEN 1. Discussion and Possible Action to Add a position to the Misc Wages Resolution for 2026 - "Bathhouse / Slide Attendant" at the Outdoor Pool Administrator Rindy reviewed the proposed addition to the fee schedule. Alyssa spoke to the need for the pool to add the fee in order to help address the shortage of lifeguards. A motion was made by Treuthardt, seconded by Wartenweiler, to approve and recommend to Common Council. The motion passed 4-0, by the following vote: AYES: Craig Franke, Heidi Treuthardt, Corinne Wartenweiler, Christopher Vestin NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAINED: None D. BUSINESS BY MEMBERS E.
