the Mooresville Housing Authority.
On July 1, 2024, the Board approved award and allocation of $199,499 to the
Mooresville Housing Authority for the purpose of sewer line repair within three
target low income neighborhoods. This item is the subsequent subrecipient

Well Pappas Mooresville Landowner LLC; G&M Partners LLC is to rezone a 98.17-
acre site located at 1740/1814 Mecklenburg Highway (Mooresville Village) (PINs
4655102752, 4655023300). The property is currently zoned Residential Low
Intensity (RLI) and Corridor Mixed Use (CM). The request is to rezone to Planned
