The SICDC is selling Lot 4 of the Mooresville Business Park East. As part of the sale, the SICDC will remit to the Town a portion of the proceeds from the sale, but requests to retain $826,340 which will be used for the construction of a 600 foot road, and completion of road improvements identified in a mitigation measures agreement with the Town and NCDOT.
