7.a Consider a request from the Finance Department to approve a Resolution adopting
the following adjustments to the Town Tax Scroll for 2024.

7.b Consider a request from the Engineering Department to approve an Ordinance
amending the North Main Sidewalk Extension Capital Project Budget Ordinance to
transfer funds in the amount of $210,608 from within the project ordinance. Total
cost of the project will not change with this amendment. Board approval is
required due to the amount of the transfer. This transfer will cover the full costs of
the contract for professional design services with American Engineering

7.d Consider a request from the Finance Department to approve an Ordinance to amend
the budget by appropriating restricted reserve and transferring existing donations
processing budget from the General Fund to create a Donations Special Revenue
Fund. This fund will consolidate donations and reduce the amount of processing
time Finance personnel spend on donations.

7.e Consider a request from the Finance Department to approve an Ordinance to amend
the budget by appropriating reserve from the General Fund in the amount of
$42,924 and transferring such amount to the Public Arts Fund as the Town's annual
contribution at the close of Fiscal Year 2024.

7.f Consider a request from the IT Department to adopt a Resolution authorizing
execution of an Amendment to the Town's existing contract with GeoCivix, LLC. The
request is to amend the contract: Amendment #4 - to add additional API/Bluebeam
Licenses. Agiloft Contract #25-379.
Extending the contract completion date to December 1, 2025. Increase amount of
contract in the amount of $8,200.00 for the addition of annual user licenses and
Bluebeam subscription licenses. This Change Order will increase the contract total
amount from $368,646.00 to $376,846.00. All other provisions of the contract
remain unchanged and in force.

7.g Consider a request from the Mooresville Downtown Commission to adopt a
Resolution approving Temporary Road Closures for the 2025 Food Truck Festivals to
be held on April 5th, May 3rd, June 7th, August 2nd, September 6th, and October
4th, 2025. The temporary road closures will be between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. and
include the following streets:
• Main Street from Center Avenue to Iredell Avenue
• Broad Street from Center Avenue to Moore Avenue; and
• Moore Avenue from Main Street to Broad Street
