acceptable. The estimated value of the associated improvements is $1,893,876.

7.g Consider a request from the Human Resources Department to adopt a Resolution to
create a Customer Service Representative I position (pay grade 347) in the Finance
Department. This request would not require a budget amendment as the position
will be funded through the end of this fiscal year by an internal transfer of existing
budgeted funds.

7.i Consider a request from Public Utilities to enter into a Utility Construction
Agreement with the North Carolina Department of Transportation for relocation of
Town utilities necessary for construction of U-5780 - Wiggins Road/NC150
Intersection Realignment. Agiloft Contract #25-369.
Standard NCDOT Agreement for relocation of utilities. The Town is required to pay
50% of the cost of utility relocations for NCDOT projects per North Carolina Statute.
Once the construction contract is awarded, NCDOT will periodically invoice the
Town for work completed.

8.a Consider a request from the Building Permitting & Inspections Department to adopt
an Ordinance directing the demolition and removal of a building at 479 Clay St in
accordance with the Town of Mooresville Minimum Housing Code.
Following the Town of Mooresville Minimum Housing Code, Code Compliance is
seeking approval of an ordinance to proceed with demolition of the property located
at 479 Clay St. The structure burned in February 2022 and is in a dilapidated state,
which cannot be secured and poses a danger.
