7.a Consider a request from the Finance Department to adopt a Resolution to donate
surplus Information & Technology items to Iredell-Statesville Schools.
The Information and Technology Department is disposing of several surplus items
that remain unused by Town employees. Town staff is pleased to coordinate with
Iredell-Statesville Schools to donate the following equipment: (1) large lot of
robotics equipment and (1) plotter.

award Detective Ryan Powers his duty weapon and badge upon retirement from the
Police Department.

7.d Consider a request from Planning and Community Development to adopt an
updated resolution to the already approved 2025-2026 HOME Annual Action Plan
to reflect final allocation totals released by the Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD), as well as the necessary updates to the FY 25-26 HOME
Annual Action Plan.
This item updates the previously approved HOME Annual Action Plan and
Resolution to reflect the released FY 25-26 Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) HOME allocations. At the time of initial approval, HUD had
not yet released official funding allocations; therefore, a new resolution approving
the accurate totals is necessary.

8.a Consider adopting a Resolution authorizing the Town to enter into an
Economic Development Incentive Agreement for Project Sharktank.
The company requests an economic development incentive based upon the
company's plan to expand their existing manufacturing operations and create
new jobs. The Company anticipates investing up to $2,200,000 in their
Mooresville location and creating at least 9 new jobs at an average wage of
$45,520.

Lake Norman Tennis Center, LLC is seeking Conditional Community Commercial
(C-CC) for a 7.96-acre site located at 205 Overhill Drive (PIN: 4647876944.000).
The property is currently zoned Conditional Community Commercial (C-CC). The
purpose of the request is to update the approved concept plan for expansion of the
existing tennis center.
