Chair McGlothlin called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

ACTION: A motion was made by Laura Temple, seconded by Gregory Peretz to adopt the
agenda as presented.
The motion carried unanimously.

February minutes as presented.

& 130 Evening Shade Lane (PINs 4665-24-4233, 4665-24-9076, 4665-34-0068,
4665-34-4329, 4665-34-1529, 4665-34-1805, 4665-35-1161, 4665-34-8735,
4665-34-5637, 4665-34-6480). The applicant is requesting Town of Mooresville
Conditional Hybrid Light Industrial (C-HLI). Annexation is being sought
concurrently. Steven McCachern with Energy United is seeking Town of
Mooresville Conditional Hybrid Light Industrial (C-HLI) zoning for 48-acres
located at 137 Owens Farm Road, 157 Owens Farm Road, 169 Owens Farm Road,
175 Owens Farm Road, 179 Owens Farm Road, 1320 Shearers Road, 124 Evening
Shade Lane, & 130 Evening Shade Lane (PINs 4665-24-4233, 4665-24-9076,
4665-34-0068, 4665-34-4329, 4665-34-1529, 4665-34-1805, 4665-35-1161,
4665-34-8735, 4665-34-5637, 4665-34- 6480). The subject property is currently
zoned Iredell County Residential Agricultural (RA) and Town of Mooresville
Residential Limited Service (RLS).
Annexation is being sought concurrently.
