DWI has changed their submittal process, including submittals for reimbursement, to their online system requiring the individual authorized to submit paperwork to have an account through their system and personally upload documentation. Ryan Rase already has the credentials to complete these tasks for other regulatory paperwork (for example Erosion Control Permitting) and is familiar with the system. This change in signatory authority is being made in order to increase efficiency in submitting for and receiving financial reimbursements for these funded projects.
