MORAGA, CA 94575 SODA CENTER Senate Bill 707 (2025) (“SB 707”) requires all “eligible legislative bodies” to offer remote public access for Town Council meetings through either two-way telephonic service or two-way audiovisual platforms. As a result, Lamorinda Tri Cities is offering remote participation via Zoom for this meeting. INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIEWING AND PARTICIPATING IN THIS MEETING IN PERSON: If you would like to speak during the public forum or on an item listed on the agenda, you are invited to submit a speaker card to the Town Clerk. You will be permitted to speak even if you elect not to submit a speaker card or decline to provide information requested on the card. Speakers will be called in the following order: Speakers who submit a speaker card to the Town Clerk will be called to speak first, followed by in-person speakers who raise their hand but do not submit a speaker card. Lastly, speakers who are attending remotely will need to raise their virtual hand and will subsequently be called upon to provide a remote verbal comment. Public comment is generally limited to 2 minutes per speaker per agenda item. WRITTEN COMMENTS: You may also submit a public comment in advance of the meeting.
