3.1 Discussion/Action regarding the election of Village Board Chairperson for the
July 15, 2026 Village Board Meeting

5. Comments from the Public
The Public Comment Session shall last no longer than fifteen (15) minutes and individual
presentations are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker. These time limits may be extended at the
discretion of the Chief Presiding Officer. The Village Board may have limited discussion on the
information received, however, no action will be taken on issues raised during the Public Comment
Session unless they are otherwise on the Agenda for that meeting. Public comments should be
addressed to the Village Board as a body. Presentations shall not deal in personalities personal
attacks on members of the Village Board, the applicant for any project or Village employees.
Comments, questions and concerns should be presented in a respectful professional manner. Any
questions to an individual member of the Commission or Staff will be deemed out of order by the
Presiding Officer.

6.1 Presentation of Village of Mukwonago 2025 Audit and Financial Management

7. Consent Agenda
All items listed are considered routine and/or have been unanimously recommended by the
Committee of the Whole and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of
these items unless a Board member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the
Consent agenda and be considered on the regular agenda.
7.1 Approval of the June 17, 2026 Regular Village Board Minutes and the July 1,
2026 Special Village Board Minutes as prepared and distributed
7.2 Approve the Purchase of Park Picnic Tables
7.3 Discussion/Recommendation to approve Accounts Payable Vouchers in the
amount of $762,702.78
7.4 Approve a Special Event Permit application filed by LifePoint Church for the
event of Church Service and Church Picnic to be held on August 30, 2026 in
Field Park
7.5 Approve Donna Dr. Street Lighting
7.6 Approve Resolution 2026-41 to Adopt the Revised Village of Mukwonago
Standard Construction Specifications
7.7 Approve the bid award to Vinton Construction Company for the East Wolf Run
Extension project in an amount not to exceed $869,234.53
7.8 Approve Task Order No. 2026-05 for work to be completed on the TID #7
Public Improvement project, for design, bidding, and construction of public
improvements along North Rochester Street (STH 83) and West Veterans Way
(CTH NN) to support adjacent development, in an amount not to exceed
$257,117.00

14.1 Closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats.§ 19.85(1)(f) Considering financial,
medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons,
preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of
charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if
discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon
the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in
such problems or investigations regarding Building Inspector II
15. Reconvene into Open Session
15.1 Motion to reconvene into open session pursuant to Wis. Stats. §19.85(2) for
possible discussion and/or action concerning any matter discussed in closed
session
16. Adjournment
It is possible that a quorum of, members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above stated
meeting to gather information. No action will be taken by any governmental body at the above stated meeting other than the
