CITY OF MUSKEGO BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES June 5, 2025 4:00 PM Muskego City Hall, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue APPROVED CALL MEETING TO ORDER & MEETING RECORDING ANNOUNCEMENT City Clerk Roller called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm. She stated that the meeting will be recorded for the purpose of creating a record of proceedings. ROLL CALL Present: Board Members Gary Boisits, Cyndi Schmear, Jeremy Keil, Mara Spring, and Henry Posbrig Also Present: Attorney Warchol, City Clerk Roller, Assessor Monroe, Assessor 2 DePalma, Assistant Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Crisp, and Legal Intern Degner STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE City Clerk Roller stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 10:00 am. Motion Passed: 5 - 0 Voting For: Gerald Boisits, Cindi Schmear, Jeremy Keil, Henry Posbrig, Mara Spring Voting Against: None BUSINESS Select a Chairperson Henry Posbrig nominated Jeremy Keil to act as Chairperson. Moved by Henry Posbrig; seconded by Mara Spring to Accept Mara Spring as Vice Chairperson Motion Passed: 5 - 0 Voting For: Gerald Boisits, Cindi Schmear, Jeremy Keil, Henry Posbrig, Mara Spring Voting Against: None Select a Vice-Chairperson Jeremy Keil nominated Mara Spring to act as Vice-Chairperson. ADJOURNMENT Jeremy Keil read a statement: The Board has been made aware that the tax roll is not ready at the present time. Therefore, the Board is adjourning this meeting to September 4, 2025 at which time the roll should be ready and the Board can proceed with its usual business at that time.
