CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Vice President Foundos at 5:33pm. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Present were Vice President Foundos, Trustee Boylan, Trustee Woodward, Trustee Schroeder, Trustee Wied, Trustee Blair, Director Butterfield and Administrative Services Assistant Henderson. President Humphreys arrived at 5:45pm. Alderperson Duelge and Trustee Lissmann were excused. STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE This meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law on April 16, 2026. PUBLIC COMMENT CONSENT AGENDA Trustee Blair made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Trustee Woodward seconded. Discussion ensued. Motion passed, all in favor. Trustee Schroeder seconded. Discussion ensued. Motion failed unanimously. Discussion/Approval: Privacy Policy Trustee Foundos made a motion to approve the Privacy Policy as written. Trustee Woodward seconded. Discussion ensued. Motion passed, all in favor. Discussion/Approval: 2027-2031 Waukesha County Library Services Plan/Standards Update Trustee Boylan made a motion to approve the 2027-2031 Waukesha County Library Services Plan / Standards Update. Trustee Foundos seconded. Discussion ensued. Motion passed, all in favor. Discussion/Approval: Approval of Allowable Costs Worksheet for Waukesha County Libraries Trustee Foundos made a motion to approve the Allowable Costs Worksheet for Waukesha County Libraries. Trustee Wied seconded. Discussion ensued. Motion passed, all in favor. Discussion/Approval: Library Staff In-Service Training Date on May 8th, 2026 Trustee Schroeder made a motion to approve the Library Staff In-Service Training Date on May 8, 2026. Trustee Blair seconded. Discussion ensued. Motion passed, all in favor. Discussion: Library Board President Appointment of Nominating Committee Trustee Boylan was appointed to the Nominating Committee by President Humphreys. COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW ADJOURNMENT Trustee Woodward made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Foundos seconded the motion. Motion passed, all in favor.
