CALL TO ORDER
Ms. Hughes called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Present: Ald. Schroeder, Cassandra Hughes, Matthew Bughman, Barbara Erdmann and
Barbara Schroeder
Absent: Toby Whipple and Bill Miller
Also Present: Scott Kroeger, Director of Public Works and Development and Tammy Dunn,
Recreation Manager
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
This meeting was noticed in accordance with open meeting laws on December 4, 2025.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of Minutes from the November 11, 2024 Meeting
Approval of Minutes from the June 17, 2025 Meeting
Mr. Bughman made a motion to Approve the Meeting Minutes, en masse. Alderperson
Schroeder seconded. Motion was approved unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
Muskego Icetronauts 2025-2026 Request
Director Kroeger read the annual request from the snowmobile club.
Mr. Bughman made a motion to Approve the Muskego Icetronauts 2025-2026 Request.
Alderperson Schroeder seconded. Motion was approved unanimously.
Eagle Scout Project
Director Kroeger stated Jamison Cleary will be working with Tom Zagar on the placement of
eight Leopold-style benches throughout our conservation sites and along City trails.
Alderperson Schroeder made a motion to Approve the Eagle Scout Project. Ms.
Schroeder seconded. Motion was approved unanimously.
Updates on Parks Capital Projects 2026-2030
Director Kroeger stated the main 2026 projects (that passed budget in Oct) are:
1. Dredging of Denoon Boat Launch
2. Manchester Park Pavilion will get a new roof
3. New picnic tables throughout the parks
Remaining items are annual maintenance costs.
DIRECTOR’S REPORT
Recreation Manager’s Report
Manager Dunn presented her report to the Committee. She reviewed all of 2025
events/rentals/programs.
Conservation Coordinator’s Report
Director Kroeger presented Mr. Zagar’s report to the Committee. Director Kroeger also
presented a video on Big Muskego Lake bog removal.
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Bughman made a motion to adjourn at 5:21 PM. Ms. Schroder seconded. Motion
was approved unanimously.
