Action Item: Approval of minutes from the January 11, 2024 regular meeting. (2) Announcements 2-1. Construction has begun on the I-84 Karcher Interchange. 2-2. City awarded TAP (Transportation Alternatives Program) grant to fund the Garrity Sidepath Project, supported by the Committee. 2-3. City awarded a SS4A grant for $1.2 million ($300,000 match from the city for a total of $1.5 million) that will test several different technologies affecting vehicle/ped/bike interactions (presented by Matt Ricks). (3) New Business 3-1. COMPASS Project Development Program Grant – SH-16 Connectivity (Presented by COMPASS representatives). (4) Unfinished Business 4-1. Action Item: Appoint 2024 Committee Chair and Vice Chair (tabled from 01/11/24 meeting). (5) Education 5-1. City of Nampa Snow Removal Policies for Bicycle & Pedestrian facilities. (6) Discussion Items 6-1.
