Action Item: Preemptively self-recognize procedural deficiencies from Board of Appraisers December 4, 2025, meeting and declare all actions taken thereunder as null and void. 3-2. Action Item: Advise Utility Billing on how to proceed with Irrigation Billing Appeal for Maverick Investments at 151 6th St N. – Alpha Rodriguez, Utility Billing 3-3. Action Item: Consider request for Utility Bill Balance Forgiveness for Louise Monnier at 515 7th Ave S. – Alpha Rodriguez, Utility Billing 3-4. Action Item: Consider Mark Floyd’s appeal for additional credit of sewer charges of $970.54 for 1616 E Florida Ave. – Alpha Rodriguez, Utility Billing 3-5. Action Item: Approval to discontinue service to sixteen (16) domestic water customers for non-compliance to city code 8-1-21 Waste of Domestic Water. – Alpha Rodriguez, Utility Billing 3-6.
