Action Item: Approve the Board of Appraisers meeting minutes from the December 4, 2025, 4th Quarterly Meeting, and the January 13, 2026, Special Meeting. 3-2. Action Item: Consider Nampa Meridian Irrigation District's request to update Account Administration Assessment within Irrigation Assessment agreement to assure the city’s Municipal Irrigation District is funding its proportionate share of costs; and recommend Public Works director to present proposal to City Council for approval of rate increase. 3-3. Action Item: Recommendation to City Council for Outside City Services Agreement for Adler Industrial property located at 74 S McDermott Road 3-4.
