Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Review and approval of meeting minutes from February 8th, 2023. 3. New Item: 3.1 Action Item - Declaration that the Board’s decision on April 9, 2024, as related to the appeal of COM-03405-2022 is void pursuant to Idaho Code Section 74-204. 4. Public Hearing: 4.1 Action Item - Request for the appeal of the building official’s action to not renew the contractor permit COM-03405-2022 for the property located at 104 Davis Avenue that had expired. 5.
