Action: Authorize Nampa Family Justice Center to apply for a 2022 Safe Teen Assessment Center subgrant from Southwest District Health in the amount of $140,000 (no match required) (Jeannie Strohmeyer, Family Justice Center) 1-2. Discussion: Industrial Design Review Revised Code (Rodney Ashby, Planning & Zoning) 1-3. Discussion: Community Development Block Grant presentation of the proposed 2022-2026 Consolidated Plan and 1-Year Annual Action Plan (Matt Jamison, Economic Development) (2) Executive Session 2-1. Action Item: Motion to Adjourn into Executive Session Pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206 (1)(c) a. Idaho Code 74-206 (1)(c), To acquire an interest in real property not owned by a public agency.
