CITY OF NAMPA Special Council Meeting November 17, 2022 City Hall – 411 Third Street South Livestreaming at https://livestream.com/cityofnampa 7:00 AM Call to Order Invocation and Pledge to Flag Roll Call (1) New Business 1-1. Action Item: Meeting Efficiency Recommendations for City Council Regular Meeting Agendas (Char Tim, Clerk’s Office) 1-2. Discussion: Guidance on Mobile Food Vendors (i.e., Food Trucks) for the following areas: a. Mobile Food Vendor Code Discussion (Rodney Ashby, Planning & Zoning) b. Licensing/Permitting for Mobile Food Vendor (Char Tim, Clerk’s Office) 8:30 AM 1-3. Action Item: Consideration of Alcohol Review Committee’s recommendation to revoke the City of Nampa Beer, Wine & Liquor License held by La Copa for the establishment located at 1524 1st Street North and the Consideration of an Appeal submitted by the Licensee.
