(1) Consent Agenda (Action Items)
1-1. Action Item: Authorize the Police Department to execute a sole source purchase following
the completion of the public notice of this intent which was accomplished between October
4 and October 18. This purchase is for a software user subscription for unlocking phones,
a software program for phone analysis, and a computer server used for digital forensic
storage to be used for cellular phone forensic examination from Cellebrite, Inc. in the
amount of $78,735.00. These items would be purchased using funds already allocated in
the FY24 police budget. (Approved by City Attorney Todd Lakey)

speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council and do not necessarily represent the
religious beliefs or views of the Council in part or as a whole. No member of the community is required to
attend or participate in the invocation and such decision will have no impact on their right to participate
actively in the business of the Council. Copies of the policy governing invocations and setting forth the
procedure to have a volunteer deliver an invocation are available upon written request submitted to the City
Clerk
