1-8. Miscellaneous Items
a. Action Item: Authorize Water & Irrigation Division to proceed with the quote
for services with Integrity Inspection Solutions, Inc in the amount of
$61,300.00. (Approved in FY25 Irrigation Operations Budget)
b. Action Item: Authorize Nampa Family Justice Center (NFJC) to accept
Idaho’s Statewide STOP Violence Against Women Program 2024 grant funds
from Idaho State Police. The grant will be used to support a portion of the
Victim Liaison’s salary and benefits, sexual assault advocacy hours, office
supplies, and the forensic cell phone software annual cost. In addition, crisis
counseling for victims, domestic violence exams, advocacy and trial
preparation hours will be supported with grant funds. The amount of the
grant award is $104,244 and the award period is from January 1, 2025 -
December 31, 2025. Match includes administrative staff and volunteer time.
There is no City match. (Approved by City Attorney Preston Rutter)
c. Action Item: Authorize Nampa Family Justice Center (NFJC) to submit for
the Idaho Council on Domestic Violence and Victim Assistance State grant
(Fiscal Year 2026) to be used to help fund 11 current NFJC positions. The
grant amount is approximately $245,000 with an award period from
October 1, 2025-September 30, 2026. Match includes in-kind donations and
volunteer time with no City cost share.

at 97 N Kings Rd, located in the SE 1/4 of Section 23, T3N, R2W, BM, for Brandon & Crystal
Hattar (ANN-00316-2024). Original concept: Operation of a restaurant supply sales and
delivery business including office, inventory storage, and parking for delivery trucks.

10-5. Action Item: 1st Reading of Ordinance for Annexation and zoning to IL (Light Industrial)
zoning district and potential development agreement for a 2.36 acre parcel # R2163100000
at 76 N Happy Valley Rd and the abutting Right of Way on N Happy Valley Rd, located in the
SW 1/4 of Section 19, T3N, R1W, BM, for Blake Wolf representing Mireya Beltran Felix (ANN-
00318-2024). Original concept: Future light industrial multi-building development containing
metal buildings for sale and/or lease. (Approved by City Attorney Preston Rutter).
