(ACTION ITEM – presented by Breanna Son.) DR-00215-2022: Building and Site Design Approval for architectural plans related to the façade remodel of an existing commercial building, located in a BC (Community Business) Zoning District, at 1509, 1601, 1609 Caldwell Blvd, (R1214320200, R1214320300, R1214320400) on three parcels totaling 18.88-acres in the NE 1/4 of Section 17, T3N, R2W, BM, on the southwest side of Caldwell Blvd., northeast side of N Cassia St., and north of W Flamingo Ave., for Daniel Sekerak, architect, representing Rhino Holdings Nampa LLC, Owner.
